These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered under the name Fairy Healing by Healer Yoshiko, operated by Attraction Method in the Netherlands.
By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Fairy Healing offers services including:
- Reiki sessions
- Reiki & Crystal sessions
- Distance Reiki and healing sessions
- Multi-session Reiki packages
- Reiki seminars, courses and workshops
- Reiki attunements
- Other related spiritual, relaxation and energy-healing services
The exact content, duration and price of each service will be stated on the Fairy Healing website, booking information, event information, invoice or otherwise communicated before payment.
2. Nature of Reiki and Healing Services
Reiki is a complementary wellness and relaxation practice.
Reiki and other services provided by Fairy Healing are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental healthcare.
If you have a medical condition, are undergoing treatment or have concerns about your health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing and for decisions concerning your health.
Individual experiences with Reiki and energy healing may vary, and Fairy Healing cannot guarantee any specific result or outcome.
3. Booking, Payment and Conclusion of the Contract
Bookings may be requested through the Fairy Healing website, booking form, contact form, email, social media or another agreed method.
Submitting a booking form, contact form, enquiry or other booking request does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking or contract.
After the booking details have been agreed, Fairy Healing will issue an invoice containing the applicable fee, payment details and designated bank account.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
A booking is considered confirmed, and the contract between you and Fairy Healing is concluded, only once the required payment has been received and confirmed by Fairy Healing.
Fairy Healing will confirm the booking after receipt of payment.
For Reiki seminars, courses, workshops and attunements, a place is reserved only after the required payment has been received and confirmed by Fairy Healing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, booking and payment information.
4. Prices and Invoices
Current prices are shown on the Fairy Healing website or otherwise communicated before an invoice is issued.
Fairy Healing will provide an invoice stating the amount payable and the designated bank account.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made by bank transfer before the booking is confirmed.
Any applicable payment deadline will be stated on the invoice.
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, Fairy Healing may release the requested appointment, course place or seminar place.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
As Fairy Healing may reserve treatment, seminar or event space in advance and incur venue or other booking-related costs specifically for your booking, the following cancellation policy applies to individual sessions, seminars, courses, workshops, attunements and other booked services:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled service: no cancellation fee.
- From 7 days before the scheduled service until 24 hours before the scheduled start time: you may be charged reasonable, non-refundable costs already incurred specifically for your booking, such as treatment-room, seminar-room or venue rental costs.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend without notice: 100% of the service fee may be charged.
Fairy Healing will only charge costs that have actually been incurred and cannot reasonably be recovered, cancelled or avoided.
Where possible, Fairy Healing may offer the option to reschedule instead of cancelling.
Any amount already paid that exceeds the applicable cancellation costs will be refunded where appropriate.
This cancellation policy is separate from, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply under Dutch or European consumer law.
6. Late Arrival
If you arrive late for an individual session, Fairy Healing will make reasonable efforts to provide the session within the remaining reserved time.
The session may still finish at the originally agreed time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
The full session fee may still apply.
If Fairy Healing is responsible for a significant delay, additional time or another suitable solution will be offered where reasonably possible.
7. Five-Session Packages and Other Packages
Packages are intended for use by the person who purchased them unless otherwise agreed.
Individual appointments made as part of a package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling conditions as individual sessions.
Any validity period applicable to a package will be clearly communicated when the package is purchased.
If you choose to discontinue a package before all sessions have been used, you may request a refund for the unused sessions, provided that you make the request before the applicable validity period has expired.
Fairy Healing will deduct only the proportionate value of the sessions already provided and will refund the remaining balance.
Unless otherwise stated when the package is purchased, the value of each session for this purpose will be calculated by dividing the total package price by the total number of sessions included in the package.
Once the applicable validity period has expired, unused sessions are not refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply during the statutory withdrawal period remains unaffected.
8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where Dutch or European consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for a service contract concluded online or otherwise at a distance, you may exercise that right within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
For service contracts, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform Fairy Healing of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear and unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form available on the Fairy Healing website, although use of the form is not mandatory.
If you expressly request that Fairy Healing begins providing the service during the statutory withdrawal period, the service may begin before that period has expired.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after part of the requested service has already been provided at your express request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
If the service has been fully performed during the statutory withdrawal period after your express request and acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed, your statutory right of withdrawal may end in accordance with applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, Fairy Healing will also provide an online withdrawal function enabling customers to submit a withdrawal request electronically.
Where an online withdrawal function is used, Fairy Healing will provide confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have under Dutch or European consumer law.
9. Refunds
Where a refund is due, Fairy Healing will process the refund in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
Where cancellation costs or reasonable non-refundable expenses apply, these may be deducted from the amount to be refunded where legally permitted.
Any refund due following the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal will be handled in accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer law.
10. Client Responsibility
Please inform Healer Yoshiko of anything relevant to your comfort or ability to participate safely in a Reiki session, seminar, course, workshop or attunement.
You are always free to ask questions, request a pause or stop a session.
Fairy Healing reserves the right to refuse, stop or discontinue a service in the event of abusive, threatening, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared during private Reiki or healing sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially.
Information may only be disclosed where required by law, with the client’s permission, or where disclosure is otherwise legally permitted or required.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Fairy Healing Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
12. Photos, Testimonials and Social Media
Fairy Healing will not intentionally publish identifiable photographs, personal stories or testimonials from a client without appropriate permission.
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial and give permission for it to be published, Fairy Healing may use it for its website, social-media channels or promotional materials within the scope of that permission.
You may contact Fairy Healing if you wish to withdraw permission for future use.
13. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
Materials supplied during Reiki seminars, courses, workshops or attunements are intended for the participant’s personal use unless otherwise stated.
Written materials, teaching materials, photographs, graphics and other original Fairy Healing content may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
14. Liability
Fairy Healing will provide its services with reasonable care and attention.
Fairy Healing does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, spiritual or other result.
To the extent permitted by law, Fairy Healing is not responsible for indirect loss or damage arising from decisions made independently by a client following a session, seminar, course or other service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
15. Changes or Cancellation by Fairy Healing
Occasionally, Fairy Healing may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, seminar, course or event due to illness, circumstances beyond our reasonable control or other important reasons.
In such a case, Fairy Healing will contact affected clients as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate alternative date or refund for the service that Fairy Healing is unable to provide.
16. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact Fairy Healing so that we have an opportunity to understand the issue and seek an appropriate solution.
We aim to handle concerns respectfully, fairly and reasonably.
17. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Fairy Healing Privacy Policy.
Please read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through our website or booking forms.
18. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and services provided by Fairy Healing are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any mandatory consumer protections applicable under Dutch or European law remain unaffected.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, it will be dealt with by the competent court in accordance with applicable Dutch law.
